When supplying digital output files, note the following:
- We send high-res pdfs as final files to our printer. Therefore, all fonts used (unless converted to paths in Illustrator) must be postscript fonts.
- Please include fonts used in files, or convert to paths.
- Be sure to convert fonts used in associated files such as logos and graphics to outlines. These can easily default to something else if the font is missing.
- Make sure colours are cmyk format in all files - no spot/Pantone colours.
- Ensure all associated files are included. Suggested resolution for images should be at least 266 dpi. Crop graphics close to the size they will appear in the ad to keep file sizes down if you are sending via ftp.
- Please do not send jpg files in artwork, associated files should be cmyk photoshop, tiff or eps files.
- Set up trapping as necessary.
- Please include a full colour proof (a pdf is ok if sending electronically).
